Compounds having the same molecular formula but different number of alkyl groups on either side of functional group are called metamers, in a phenomenon called metamerism.

Noah Thomas

Creative Director

Noah was a multimedia specialist for commercial development firms shooting video as a freelancer, working on everything from commercials and documentaries, to narratives and social awareness campaigns.

Noah worked at Nike as a Digital Technician, retouching photos and prepping/troubleshooting cameras, lighting, and editing software for photographers and stylists.

Noah also worked in the public sector as a CVTV camera operator for the city of Vancouver.

Noah founded a visual marketing company for residential and commercial real estate called Lightcrest Photography in 2017.

His most recent position was creative director at a nonprofit called Resolutions Northwest, where he oversaw all visual media for the organization.

Joel is a designer and digital art director who specializes in strategy, user experience (UX), user interface (UI), brand identity, and interaction design.

For the last 8 years, Joel has been crafting and delivering unique digital experiences for global companies and startups.

His clients have hired him for his UX and UI expertise, user-centered approach, strategic mindset, collaborative leadership, creativity, and effectiveness. He now works in a variety of roles to help Metameric develop world class user experiences in our proprietary software platforms.

Daleen brings 20 years of experience to the team as an executive assistant with experience in investor relations, business development, real estate, bookkeeping and more. With an eye for business and a global view of our client needs, Daleen has a hand in everything at Metameric and brings a unique focus to optimizing operations and efficiency to the benefit of our clients, vendors and the Metameric team.
